Kanye West’s New Album To Be Released This Year

With the success of his last album, Graduation, many people have been anticipating Kanye West’s next album. Many people didn’t expect it probably until late next year, well it looks like his fans won’t have much longer to wait because his next album is reportedly planned for December 2008. Many blogs and other internet sites reported the rumors and MTV then claimed they had received confirmation that the 2 biggest players on Roc-A-Fella, Kanye and Jay-Z, are both planning late 2008 releases. 50 Cent may be rethinking his decision to drop an album this year unless he wants to go for Kanye vs. 50, Round 2.

His new single, Love LockDown, is to be released as soon as this Tuesday, September 9th. We will provide a listen/download link as soon as it is available.

Personally, I don’t really think the album will come out that soon. Kanye usually spends a long time recording his albums as he produces most of the tracks himself and he has been on tour for months and is on tour right the way up to November. Although he may have recorded wrote, produced and recorded songs on tour so it may happen.
