Hip Hop: More than just music

As of late, with the whole election coming up and stuff, Hip Hop has been playing a role in urging voters to vote for Obama.

There has never been an incident, that i can recall, where so many artists have stepped out of their boundaries and let their voices be heard in politics. I mean, yeah you got a lot of rappers spitting about the government, and what not, but i mean there is mass numbers of rappers making tracks about Obama and the upcoming election.
