What Is Kanye Thinking?

I respect Kanye West’s “new sound” and what he is bringing to hip hop and all. I understand that maybe he just doesn’t give an ish what we think, and he is just singing for himself… but this could have been handled in a better way…

I’m just going to come right out and say it, Kanye West can’t sing. And as long as we are on the subject, if you have to use an auto-tuner, you KNOW you can’t sing. So what the hell is he doing?

One thing Kanye CAN do is hook up a beat like no other. He could have easily produced this album, written the lyrics, and gotten some of the best vocalists out there to drop the verses for him.

For example, the first single Love Lockdown. That was a good song; the beat was bumping, the lyrics were a bit questionable, but still good. If he had gotten somebody else to sing that it would have been off the chain. I mean, I know you can’t imagine it know that Kanye already did it, but if he had gotten a real vocalist to do that track, it could have been 5x better.

Am I overreacting on this or do you guys actually want a singing/auto-tune filled Kanye album??

Now that you and Cam aren’t really on good terms, is there regret on your part that you went to bat for Cam and got into a beef with Nas?
Nah. F*ck Nas. I don’t give a f*ck about Nas. He’s a rapper that just lost his pizazz. When I was in high school, he was the sh*t. He was the n*gg* that got us hype. “New York State Of Mind,” Illmatic, and all of that.

Is there any possibility of a reconciliation?
What kind of reconciliation? I was never cool with him. I seen Nas a few months ago in L.A with Dame. We was staying in this hotel right above the Ferrari Dealership. Dame seen him and was talking to him. I was laying back on a couch laughing. He didn’t know what to do. I was looking dead at him. [Laughs]. And then Dame was like, “You know Jim?” He started [stammering], “Ah? Ah?” Dame is just burnt out. He not thinking about none of that frivolous [beef] sh*t. Me neither for the most part. Nas was never on my level ever. Ever.

Maybe he just forgot what happens when you fuck with Nas…

50 Cent’s upcoming game Blood On The Sand has been put on hold and for a damn good reason. This might be the most ridiculous game I have ever seen…

The story line of the game consists of 50 Cent and G Unit traveling to an unknown middle eastern country to retrieve a diamond studded skull.

… Are You Serious!?

Why don’t they just go ahead and drop Kanye West into the rainforest and call it Jungle Lockdown?

Is this supposed to be a message of America’s stance towards terrorism? 

Lets send G-Unit into the Middle East to kill some terrorists!

The other thought is that maybe this game was supposed to go along with G Unit’s 2008 album release, Terminate On Sight (Which was beyond horrible).

Or maybe it is just a test from the G Unit’s marketing team. Maybe they just want to see how ridiculous a G Unit product has to be for people not to buy it.

I can just see it now…

“Oh how about we sell 8$ “G Unit gas”, and see how many people buy it!”

“No I have a better idea, lets make a game, we’ll take 50 and G Unit out of the hood and put them in the desert fighting those Iraqis and them!”
